Crucible is a 12-Hour Training Event that will test your ability to prevail against
the toughest opponent—yourself.
Spend
12 hours focused on tools to develop your body, mind & spirit—become
stronger, calmer, more focused, more effective, and more joyful!
Includes
skill building, technical training, self-awareness training, meditation,
motivation, energizing, breathing, and more.
This
Crucible will cover three realms—striking, throwing & grappling.
Ages
16 & up only.
Comprehensive
waiver and participation agreement required.
